Quality of life updates, fixes and balance

Hey! Bloopy here! It's been quite a busy month, but we've managed to push out one update which will hopefully fix a lot of small quirks that were happening and also add a lot of quality of life changes that will help people get into the game.
-- Quality of life --
- Game now has Pause and changing the volume in the options
- Tutorial! Can be turned off in the in-game options
- Spaceship progress stages have different sprites now
- Indicators for items and machines
- Different visuals for different machine stages
-- Balance changes ---
- Upgrading machines takes more ideas now with a higher stage of the machine
--- Bug fixes ---
- Several visuals that were specially funky got fixed
- Lots of tile collisions fixed
- Trader gave you only one item even if you gave it several organs
- Brain now is the most valued organ yet again
- Item & machine interactions are now less wonky
- Walking dust particles go to the right direction
- Dead humans don't start wriggling again when you pick them up
